We stayed at this hotel and could not get over what a beautiful property this is. Our room was quite large and very clean. We have stayed at other hotels - paid twice as much and didnt get close to the quality of the Casa Grande. Staff was very friendly and would go out of thier way to help with our request. We will be back!

The room was fine. My only problem was I the Website where I booked. The Senior discount option went by too fast and consequently I was unable to take advantage of it. Calls to both the hotel and ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE failed to help me get the discount after I'd booked. They sent me back and forth to your website and Best Western Casa Grande Inn. In other words I got the run around.

For $*one night I had expected WiFi in the room and a good HOT breakfast, but that was not the case. You have to go the main office for internet and the breakfast room is NOT big enough for the amount of guests the hotel can serve. The breakfast had few selections. The rooms could use an UPDATE......unless you like the 70's. The pool area could use refurbishing. Although the front office staff were very nice and helpful.

Service was fine. Room was very clean. Parking was the only issue with my stay. I had to park at the front of the hotel along the frontage road because there were no spaces available within 100 feet of my room. I was traveling alone. Very few restaurant options closeby besides fast food. (The adjacent restaurant is no longer open).

The hotel was quaint and clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. It's located near the freeway so it was very convenient. I was little disappointed with the continental breakfast. Not enough healthy choices. They need to have more fresh fruit or yogurt available.
