Hotel is well off the highway, very quiet.Room with two queen beds was clean and adaquetly {sp?] furnished. Matress wasold but we slept ok.Price was right, under$100. Dog fee was a bit high $30. Breakfastwas nice, we had waffles even! All in all a most satisfactory visit.

don't be fooled by the outside appearance, currently under construction. The room was spacious. No construction noise. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little too small. Clean, quiet, comfortable and they have an elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Would definelty stay again. A little on the high side for pricing for area.

The hotel seems to be popular with families--lots of kids running up and own the halls. The free continental breakfast was nothing special. Room was okay but noisy. The carpets and baths are worn and dated. Non-smoking rooms are directly above smoking rooms--BAD idea. On the plus side, you can walk to Kmart.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well run. Room was very nice. Location is very central to the Chico area, but a bit hard to find as it sits kind of behind a shopping center. I will definately stay here again in the future.
