Arrived late at night so had to stand outside to check in through a tiny window. The night clerk treated me as though I was trying to pull something on her because the reservation that Travelocity sent her said 2 adults even though I had booked the room for 3 adults and a child. Even after getting in my room, she called me and argued with me like I was trying to rip her off. I finally had to take my laptop to the office to show her my copy of the confirmation which clearly stated 3 adults and a child. Our room had a rollaway bed in it which we did not ask for, nor use, but at checkout they tried to charge me for it. Had to go through the whole story again and then they called in a manager. I had to go through the whole story a third time to get the room to cost the same as what I had booked it for. They wanted to know why the rollaway was in the room if we didn't ask for it! Considering they claimed we only booked the room for 2 adults, why would they have put a roll away in there to start with? Rooms are old and smelled bad. There was a big spider on the curtains of my room. The maids came knocking on my door before 9am wanting to clean the room. I still have a bruise on my leg from stumbling over a chair when answering the door to tell them to come back after check-out time. I'm surprised this run down motel is even in the Best Western chain. It certainly doesn't hold up to their standards. I'll never stay there again.
