Don't stay here over priced!!

Very run down, would have rather taken the short drive to Florence and stayed, lots of out side cafe seating there where dogs are welcome. When I walked my dogs into lobby for check out, the am clerk freaked out, no one was even in there.

04/05/2007Only problem i had was when i called down to the front desk with a question i was put on hold immediately and was left there - finally gave up.

08/29/2006Called hotel out of a guidebook, but upon arriving, realized it was a different bw hotel. i was quoted a much cheaper price at the other so was confused, didn' ...
Called hotel out of a guidebook, but upon arriving, realized it was a different BW hotel. I was quoted a much cheaper price at the other so was confused, didn't realize it was the wrong hotel. The desk clerk was quite rude and made no offer to help. Also my daughter left her stuffed animal at the hotel. I called from the road to see if they could mail it, the clerk was nice and said they could. Called 3 wks later and was told they have a pile of things that need to be sent out but no one to authorize. They have my #, why no call? Nice rooms, bad service.

08/10/2006The people at the hotel were very nice and helpfull, and it was very clean. we would stay there agan if the opproutinity arises. however the jacuzzi was not working ...
The people at the Hotel were very nice and helpfull, and it was very clean. We would stay there agan if the opproutinity arises. However the jacuzzi was not working down at the pool area and this is one of the reasons we picked this hotel.
