  The person at the front desk spoke very little english, he new ""reservation#"", ""Pay?"" & wrote our room number on our slip. I was very glad I had printed our my itenarary. This hotel has really gone down hill in the last year, we have stayed there many times over the years as we visit relatives in the area and you can see a dramatic difference. The bathrooms , carpets and overall upkeep just didn't feel clean. There was only 1 wash cloth in our room so I went down to ask for more and it was very hard to make them understand what I needed. I could no longer recommend this hotel to anyone.
