  This is a good 2-3 star motel. The view of the Columbia River gorge and the grounds around it are what makes this place such a gem! Get the River view and pay the price! Its almost breathtaking!

  I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong night. the staff could not have been more understanding and accomodating. they got me a room at the low internet rate ...

  I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong night. The staff could not have been more understanding and accomodating. They got me a room at the low internet rate I reserved, and upgraded me to a river view room since no others were available. I was concerned about the trains, and while they ran a lot in the afternoon and evening, I did not hear them at night.

  Excellent small town location between portland and hood river. minutes from the columbia gorge steernwheeler, a worthwhile adventure. clearn, quiet, comfortable rooms.
