A little leery of this hotel because the price was very reasonable. Glad we stayed. Although it is an older hotel, the room was clean, and had been updated. The pool/hot tub area very nice and very refreshing. The continental breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, and sweet rolls, very very nice. The staff was very friendly, and called us after we were in the room to make sure it was okay. If you want a reasonably priced place to stay in the area, that has all the amenities, this is the place. We will stay here again, what a find!

We booked the reservation online. We had never been there before. I would say that the friendly greetings, the room, the service (we needed extra pillows), the location, the wonderful hot/ continental breakfast were more than what we expected. We will definitely stay there again when traveling that way! Thank you Best Western Newport, TN!

We booked the reservation online. We had never been there before. I would say that the friendly greetings, the room, the service (we needed extra pillows), the location, the wonderful hot/ continental breakfast were more than what we expected. The hotel front desk personnel did an excellent job and had my room cooled down in advance. Lighting was excellent except for the light over the sink/vanity. They have a exceptional "free Breakfast" and are located adjacent to a Cracker Barrel restaurant.
The room was clean and was priced affordable for the average income guest.
