  Liked the ambiance, nestled in the mountains with rooms with character, comfortable enough, great outdoor pool/tub, but the night staff was rude and was not attentive....more often not ...

  liked the ambiance, nestled in the mountains with rooms with character, comfortable enough, great outdoor pool/tub, but the night staff was rude and was not attentive....more often not at his post and when asked to work did comply with poor attitude.

  Pro:large and clean room.con:1. this is not a ski in ski out hotel. you need to carry the gear and climb a dirty and icy slope.2. ...

  Pro:large and clean room.Con:1. This is NOT a ski in ski out hotel. You need to carry the gear and climb a dirty and icy slope.2. The facility need a lot of improvement. Every time i took the elevator, it sounds like falling down instead of going up. The toilet doesn't work very well.3. The 10 breakfast buffet is like a joke. "

  The only thing good about this place the hot tub and pool were heated. the staff might have well been non-existent. the message light on the phone remained on ...

  The only thing good about this place the hot tub and pool were heated. The staff might have well been non-existent. The message light on the phone remained on for three days. They did not know why. Ask for any information regarding the property and the surrounding area, you might as well have been asking the wall. Oh they did seem to know that I needed to imprint my card and sign the charge slip. Says it is a ski in/ ski out....not.....stay in Jackson its 12 miles away but there is nothing in Teton Village after the slopes close.

  They gave us a suite with a fireplace, kitchenette, living room, etc. it was awesome! lots of room and ambience.

  This place is magnificiant. the views are wonderful. the hotel staff are great. rooms are very confortable and extremely clean.
