My family just returned from a trip to Yellowstone Natl. Park and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We spent 4 nights at this Best Western. This hotel was excellent in many ways. Its location at the edge of town was close to the shops and restaurants in the downtown area without being right in the middle of the noise and traffic. Its rooms are spacious with plenty of closet and sitting areas. Further, its breakfast was fabulous. Much more than the usual continental breakfasts at so many places. Eggs with ham or bacon or without meat, potatoes, juices, fruits, cereals, etc. Very nice for families! The front desk staff was helpful with sightseeing info. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel when in Jackson, WY.

We had an enjoyable stay, although it was only one night. The rooms were surprisingly large with a very nice and large bathroom. The staff was very nice, and we enjoyed the carvings around the place like a bear with his arm in a trashcan, and a racoon on another one. Breakfast was included and very good. Much better than the usual bagel and cereal breakfast. They had fresh scrambled eggs hash browns, and more. The price seemed high, but compared to other hotels in the area it was in line. You could walk to the main tourist area of Jackson, but it is a hike. I would suggest driving there.

Stayed July 24,2009! I booked my stay thru A-1 and the hotel could not find my reservation. Only one room left - a suite w/fireplace. Front desk apologized for mix-up and gave me the suite with a substantial discount off my original price. The room was very nice - fireplace, jacuzzi tub, refrig. etc. The breakfast was fantastic - hot eggs, fruit, toast, pastries, great coffee, etc. The staff was friendly, helpful, & top rate. The hotel was much nicer than I had expected. Would stay again! Booked rest of vacation using Travelocity and had no more problems with the reservations.

This hotel is nice but I felt it was a bit overpriced. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but it is on the edge of the town so you'll need to drive into the center of town. We only stayed 1 night so we did not us all their facilities. We have stayed here before but I don't remember the rate being so high.
