  We loved the two-room suites which were moderately priced. They appear to be in a newer part of the hotel. The rooms were small but adequate and were clean and quiet. The hotel is near the visitors center and a playground and the city swimming pool. The continental breakfast was fine (better than the average small western town hotel breakfast!)

  This hotel was pet freindly with grass to walk your dog on. clean rooms and good food for the price, we stayed two night and would stay there again.

  Good location in the heart of downtown cortez. an ordinary motel with no frills (they do have a continental breakfast with make your own waffles). and it was clean.

  This is a good hotel located in a great place to see SW Colorado. It is close to Mesa Verde NP and other scenic places. The rooms are clean modern and well-appointed. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Although I arrived with a travel group which filled the entire hotel, I was treated well and processed efficiently with a personal touch uncommon in those situations. The hotel is convenient to both retail stores and a variety of restaurants. If you are looking for luxury you are in the wrong place. If you want comfort, cleanliness and convenience, this is the place.
