This is a nice property and nice staff. Other plans I had fell through, and ended up staying here. Front desk staff very pleasant when I called direct to hotel. When I checked in, turned out room was ready. Traveling with small dog, and very friendly - since I told them this in advance. Room was upstairs outside entrances to rooms, but you have a front and a back door. Back door takes you to courtyard where pool is. Room I had came with a small fridge and microwave which worked well for small groceries. Staff were very accomodating re working around my schedule for cleaning room (as traveling with Dog poses its challenges - but I wouldn't have it any other way :) ). Restaurant is open for Breakfast -include at time. Was also open for Dinner - not sure about lunch time. Very simple, but nice; breakfast was a good value and organized -not the chaos you see in some accomodation. Look forward to staying here again, would recommend this place for sure. Excellent value, mix of families, single, younger, older staying here. Great base to locate at for a nice vacation/getaway in a sunny BC city. Hadn't been to Penticton to stay in years, but this sold me on why it is so popular as a city; This property is an example of how to do things right!

This is a nice property and nice staff. Other plans I had fell through, and ended up staying here. Front desk staff very pleasant when I called direct to hotel.
