  Refused to follow thru on the promise of 2 beds after stating they would provide this. Staff very poorly trained and little customer service skills. suggest staying at Holiday Inn just down the road instead. We stayed at this hotel in the past and found the rooms old but clean but nothing special! Not much nearby except playland.

  We were looking for someplace to stay that wasn't far from everything, yet wasn't remote either. This hotel was perfect. Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff with a convenient location. Downtown Vancouver was only 10 minutes away and we were close to the highway to go North when visiting North Vancouver and Whistler. We were very pleased that we added on an extra night. The room came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave which was a bonus. If you're looking for a place with a great fitness centre, then this one wouldn't be for you. If you're looking for a great place to sleep after a busy day: This place is perfect.

  This hotel was a great surprise - affordable, very clean, NO bed bugs and a super staff. Free parking was a bonus and the traffic noise was minimal. Overall, a very good experience.

  This hotel was great for an affordable, clean room. Location isn't ideal, but if you've got a car, the parking is free. Breakfast is provided although the dining room is undersized, as is the lobby. Staff was very friendly. A good deal.

  This was a really warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent and made us feel extremely welcome and well cared for. It is handy for the (fast) bus service into the downtown area and has good amenities and breakfasts. I would really recommend staying here, and would do so again myself.
