  Thank goodness I booked my parents at the Couryard across the street, as my mom is limited to a wheelchair after a stroke. There were no elevators and I was told the only room available was down the stairs. The room was dingy and disappointing, with a dirty toilet and shower. I will never stay here again.

  The hotel is near all services and attractions situated north to 401. The place is safe, and the room is clean. It is a little weird when your room is on the first floor because it's a little bit below the surface. If you have the choice, choose a room on the second or third floor."

  I truly enjoyed this hotel. I was staying here on business and enjoyed the amenities in the adjoining Sheraton. The staff are all very friendly and you get to use the fitness center with 3 pools. There are 3 restaurants on the property and a ton in the surrounding area. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to others travelling in the area.
