  Sept. 3 - 9, 2009 Can't beat the location, easy walk to major attractions, easy tram access to others. Room was clean, comfortable; staff very accommodating and pleasant; complimentary breakfast was good, and a courtesy airport shuttle was included. We stayed 6 nights, which gave us a bonus half day tour guide that was excellent, plus a dinner at a restaurant we would likely not find on our own (but was listed in Rick Steeves' Istanbul guide). Downside was that room airconditioning did not work well, when it was working -- it failed on a very hot night to our discomfort. Location next to an outdoor cafe with band playing made it a bit noisy. Overall, a very good value.
