This hotel, (if I would call it a hotel) is the most horrible experience I have had to date. First off the hotel states remodeled rooms.Our room was last painted, carpeted in th 80's! The door was propped, unlocked and the room smelled like someone had just used the restroom. It took all day to air out the smell! There were stains all over the carpet, and furniture, mold in the cracks of the tiles in the bathrooms. Disgusting is being generouse as far as the description of the cleanliness (0r lack there of). When I called for extra towels the front desk informed me that they do not deliver towels, etc. I had to go get my own (across two buildings and the parking lot with 2 small children), I also asked for extra pillows and blankets. They were supposed to set some aside for ME to come get. I went to retrieve them and they said they gave them all out. My Husband later arrived and went to the desk to find blankets , after him letting them know of his upset they happened to ""find"" pillows and blankets.. Hmmm. Service is a joke, you are on your own at this place and don't ask for anything extra as unless you fight you will not receive! Front desk was completely rude, check out at 11 , we asked for extra hour, housekeeping knocked on our door 4 times in that hour and they called the room twice to get us out? This alone prolonged us from leaving in a timely manner. Save your money, stay elsewhere.. This was no vacation, also no A/C in room so hot summer nights even with windows open was uncomfortable!

The spot was quiet and beach access wonderful. Only two things we had any complaints about were that the WIFI didn't work in our room, and there was no HBO. We really enjoyed a) the fact that pets are allowed b) loved the extra touches. Sadly enough, when we would leave each day to begin our Bandon journeys, the laptop wireless LAN card would pick up the WIFI for Bill's and the front office right in the parking spot in front of our room. Yet, the WIFI wouldn't work in our room or stretched out on our balcony, less than 30 feet from where it worked in our vehicle. Sigh....

There is no view of the ocean. You have to go across the street or drive to other viewing areas. While the rooms are large, they're sparsely furnished. When I tried to sit in the easy chair, I almost went all the way thru to the floor. There isn't a refrigerator or microwave and no continental breakfast...just a pretty bad restaurant next door. Skip this place, it's not worth the high rate.
