We went Memorial Day weekend. We were told it was going to sell out. I was so glad I made the reservation months ago for a Lakeview King room. We checked in to find our room had a parking lot view! We were able to make changes to a Queen Lakeview...turns out reservations for Lakeview are only requests as far as Best Western is concerned. I was even told I was supposed to call to request a Lakeview room, even with my reservation clearly stating Lakeview, they're computers only said King Bed. So onto the hotel. It's got a beautiful location. Lakeview rooms on the 1st floor are at the lake! The bed was hard. My husband hated it. The pillows are super-ultra soft..too soft. The door, when deadbolted, left a gap between the frame. Making every noise in the hallway come through. It was a bummer to be woken up at 6am by the maid with a loud walky-talky. And then again at 7am by other guests, and again at 8am by more noise in the hallway. The sliding glass door had some nice tint to keep the heat out, it worked! With the curtains closed, it was very dark, even at 6, 7, & 8am. The free buffet-style breakfast was pretty gross. The eggs were nasty and the sausage was too healthy tasting...who wants healthy sausage?? The staff was super friendly, like real people not overly stuffy hotel employees, even with our reservation problems. The pool was supposed to open at 9am, but was still being cleaned at 9. If I returned, I'd stay on the 2nd floor near the end of the hotel, not so close to the lobby.

This hotel is not 4 smiley faces. It is very difficult to find the main entrance when you arrive at night. The exterior is dark and many places for people to hide. The beds are good how ever the pillows are way too soft. I will not stay there again or reccommend it.

Even though the lake was frozen, the view was still spectacular. The view from the restaurant was amazing. The front desk could use a little more work, with an exception of a young man named F. He was very helpful, and was able to answer any question we asked him.
I love that they have a business center, hot tub, fitness center, and expectably the Sauna, the only down side was that their pool is out doors, so there was no swimming in the winter time.
I will definitely consider coming back during the summer! -

I have not stayed at this property in a while. The last time was about 2 years ago and they were due for some renovation. IT HAS BEEN DONE!!! This place looks great. They have redone the rooms, they are perfectly up-to-date. The lobby, lounge and restaurant all look wonderful! I will stay again during my next visit to Moses Lake! Oh did I metion I was very impressed with the staff, they were all very helpful.

Pool and pool area filthy. Two days later still dirty. Requested cleaning but nothing done. Room adequate but outdated furniture, frayed carpet and a refrigerator that froze the milk and fruit. Would not stay here again.
