  Called hotel on the phone and was told a riverview room was available. Made a reservation for that room, it was confirmed. Arrived and the room was not available. The room I was given was dirty,it was never cleaned from the previous persons. Trash in the room. The other room I was given had a double bed, and I was charged for a more expensive queen bed room. Bags of trash were in the hallway the entire stay.As though housekeeping placed them there and never returned to pick them up. It was an unsatisfactory stay.
