  Stayed at this hotel for a convention, and staff was best I have experienced. Did so many extra things to make the visit enjoyable. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

  I called and asked if i should make a reservation..they said most likely not. when we arrived they had saved us a room (not that they were short on ...

  I called and asked if I should make a reservation..they said most likely not. When we arrived they had saved us a room (not that they were short on rooms) on the first floor (I asked for it) so our pet would be able to go outside if needed. Can't say enough great things about their being accomdiating.
