    The first red flag was when we went to check in and found that they had three different rooms under our name (rather than the one we booked). None of the rooms were configured as we needed. A half an hour at the desk and we finally got a room with 2 very small beds (for 3 adults). The beds were very 'bouncy' and uncomfortable. The interior hallway to the room led to the indoor pool. The chlorine smell permiated our room and was almost overwhelming. The included 'hot' breakfast the next day was almost inedible. About the only good thing was that the room seemed pretty clean.

    No exhaust fan in bathroom. Baseboard heating unit clicked and popped loudly all night. Little or no soundproofing between rooms. No fridge or microwave in room. Rooms outdated with small, old bathrooms in need of updating. Room keycard access to interior corridors was inoperative; doors were unlocked all night. Restaurant offered coffee shop type food at dinner house prices, service was poor. Rooms faced either a busy street or a dark, dingy alley.

    The bathroom/vanity area was a bit shabby but overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel is convenient to the business section of town as well as dining. BW reservations office messed up our details but the desk staff fixed us up well.
