Great breakfast, clean rooms, but poor customer service. Though breakfast was great (waffles, biscuits and gravy, danish, etc) Housekeeping was disinterested and came at THE WORST times. Pretty much refused to work around me and the kids being out of the room. SO we spent 5 days without any housekeeping. When I did get any help from them I had to ask, and then they seemed totally put out. Apparently, it's too much trouble to take out the trash or get fresh towels. Fax was $* for the first page and $* each additional, laundry was marked up $* a load from other places we've been. Refused to give us an extra hour to check out late because my husband couldn't meet me by noon. Paid $* for an extra day we didn't use. At one point we left and came back 10 minutes later to find no sheets on the bed, but no housekeeping in the hall. Overall, clean and cost appropriate, but not a pleasant stay. Won't be likely to use again.

My husband and I had to wait out the storm for two days in Rawlins and the beds with the fluffy white comforters and four fluffy pillows on each looked almost like clouds after a harrowing day of fighting traffic on the snowy Interstate 80--and felt like them too!! We both agreed we got the best nights sleep here than ever at any other hotel and we have been to many. Very friendly front desk staff, the hot tub felt great on the tense muscles. Lots of amenities, close to a home style restaurant for dinner and the complimentary breakfast at the Inn was yummy and abundant. Nice seating in the eating area, wi fi was easy to access, deer running around a block down, what more could you ask for. Very relaxing after fighting the elements. Our pooch approved as well. One thing that really impressed us was that even though we are smokers and got that kind of room we never smelled smoke in the room even upon first getting it or after coming back from leaving for a while. Good job, Best Western!

The hotel had easy access off the freeway, front desk staff friendly, clean room and spacious. Lots of places nearby to eat. The free hot continental breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the pool, it smelled very strongly of chlorine which I have read points to improper maintenance or that there is a problem. They do not have a fitness center on site but offer free ticket to the athletic center close by. Overall my experience was pleasant and if you want a place to stay comfortably and sleep well then I would definately reccommend!

STAYED HERE ON THE WAY BACK TO DENVER FROM YELLOWSTONE. WAS A GOOD STOPPING POINT IN A GOOD SIZED TOWN. HOTEL WAS IN THE MIDST OF REMODEL BUT THE WORK DID NOT INTERFERE WITH OUR REST OR EATING. THE RESTAURANT WAS OK, PRICES WERE REASONABLE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. IT WAS EDIBLE BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW...I THINK THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH HELP??! THE ROOM, BED, LINENS, BATHROOM, SHOWER, AND WATER PRESSURE WERE GREAT, COMPUTER WITH INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDED.
