We did not have hot (not even warm) water for a bath or shower in the afternoon. Also, the heating unit in the bedroom was noisy and disturbing all night as it cut on and off. Otherwise, the visit was OK.

I based myself out of the hotel and then took the free shuttle van to the airport each day to catch the train into town. Worked great for me with very friendly helpful staff at the hotel as well as within the public transportation system. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast each morning was a great way to start my day. Reccommend this hotel for a short stay

Arrived on Saturday night wanting to take a shower from a day walking around town. No hot water. I inquired at the desk and they were full and could not give us another room until the next morning. We discovered we had hot water the next morning and took showers then. We decided that there was no hot water due to a full hotel Saturday night and asked to keep the room. Upon returning from sightseeing on day 2, we could not access our room and had to go to the front desk to get the card rekeyed. No one asked for identification which worried me. Again, no hot water. Four pop machines still were empty from the night before. The 3rd night we returned and again had to have our room key rekeyed to get into our room. Still no hot water or pop. Again, no ID was required to rekey our room key. Would not stay here again!

Not Clean!
10/25/2009The only positive was that i did not end up paying for the room - so the staff recognized that lack of cleanliness and compensated us accordingly. it was nasty.
