The Quality Inn in sheridan wy wasn't what we expected. When we checked in, there was this young man stand behind the front desk, when we told him we had a reservation, he looked at us very weirdly and said he didn't have our reservation. we were very tired so we told him to just check us in and then we will sort it out in the morning. when we enter the room a moldy smell was coming out of the room, the carpet looked as it hadn't been vaccumed and the bath was dirty with hair and mold. when went back and told him we want our money back, he laughed and said "you stepped into the room, and after you step in to the room, we aren't responsible of what you find" and turned his back on us. THAT WAS IT. I called choice and told them about the very rude service and demand a full refund. We got our refund from choice and we also asked them about our reservation we had made and they said it was already charged, so we demand that refund too. I will never stay this Quality Inn again, because there are more choices in town.

08/24/2008Rooms recently renovated with new carpet and tile. upgraded bedding. pleasantly surprised and gives aarp discount. have not had the breakfast-but waffles, bagels etc.

This hotel is easy to find and right off the interstate, which for tired people who have been driving all day are very excited to see! their prices are reasonable and the breakfast is great! the hotel is located where all the major restraunts and stores are i would definently recommend this one to anyone who is traveling to sheridan on vacation, buisnees or pleasure.
