I could write a paragraph, but I think a bullet list will be quicker: -We reserved a King suite with a sleeper sofa and got a 1 king room (definitely not a suite) with no sofa. Not a tragedy, but with three kids, my wife and myself, it was uncomfortable and annoying, especially considering I paid more to stay at this hotel for that reason. The hotel said it was the only room left in the place and then threw the travel website under the bus. I called the travel website and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I write a letter to some department about getting a refund. Not the ""Guarantee"" they tout on their website. -Despite the fact that we requested an all non-smoking hotel there was the unmistakable odor of stale cigarette smoke. The guy from the front sprayed a massive amount of cheap air freshener on the carpet. We had to air the room out for 15 min before we could comfortably go in it. -My one year old daughter pulled the door handle off and trapped us in the room until I figured out how to reattach it. -The hot tub had enough chlorine in it to make my eyes burn. -The shower drain wouldn't stay open to drain properly. We had to let it fill while we showered and then hold it open until it drained. -The ice from the machine had black stuff in it. The guy at the front desk did seem genuinely apologetic about the situation, but never offered anything to make up for it. He did say he spoke with the travel website (who was rude to him) about getting us a credit for the original mistake about the sleeper sofa.

Thought much better than more expensive hotels. Ironing board too short! You'd have to be 4'5"" for it to be a good height for you. Recommend getting room not facing highway. Continental breakfast: waffles, bagels, muffins, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Pool nice. Didn't get to see the gym.
