  They will not let you check in a few hours early. If you arrive early, I hope you do not have electronics or anything in your car. It's your fault that you arrived early. You must wait for your check in time (3:00pm).Safety. We had a power outage that affected our room only. This power outage was a result of our plugging in our laptop; three lights and a laptop should not trip a breaker. This room clearly has a short somewhere in the wiring and will lead to a fire. Also, they had our microwave and mini-fridge plugged in to an extension cord with an adapter that eliminated the third prong (the ground prong). Then the power went out in the entire hotel. Everyone had to deal with the pitch dark, until the power came back on, a few hours later. This hotel was not prepared for a power outage, what so ever. When we first walked into our room the light above the sink was out. We were told this could not be changed until morning as she did not have a key to the room where the bulbs are stored. Pool area was very messy. Towels had to be asked for. Telephone was not plugged into the wall upon entering room. Breakfast is a joke. One bagel, a couple of pieces of toast, like four pieces of fruit. Toast and waffles were the only hot breakfast options. Some cereal but only sugary ones. We decided to go out for breakfast? We had contacted the general manager via phone, and he had basically told us ""tough, deal with it."" This clearly tells me that the Front Desk Manager have no intentions of correcting any issues.

  This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel - Even for a cheap hotel; absolutely awful. Management is incompetent and not accommodating to customers. It just may give you the worst experience ever, and may affect your vacation with your family. They will not let you check in a few hours early. If you arrive early, I hope you do not have electronics or anything in your car, because they will not let you check in before 3:00. They do not do anything to try to accommodate you. It's your fault that you arrived early. You must wait for your check in time. We had to change rooms once, due to the safety of our room. We had a power outage, that effected our room only. This power outage resulted in plugging in our laptop; of which should not use the amount of energy of which is required to trip a breaker. Also, they had our microwave and mini-fridge plugged in through an extension cord, of which was not plugged in to a surge protector. After we swapped rooms, the power went out in the entire hotel. After several customers tried to inquire about the issue, nobody was assisted by the ""night auditor"" on duty. He was incompetent and was not able to offer any assistance (i.e. candles, flashlights for every room, etc.) Everyone had to deal with the pitch dark, until the power came back on, a few hours later. This hotel was not prepared for a power outrage, what so ever. I would NEVER recommend staying with this hotel AND I would never recommend booking through a online travel website. the online travel website was also contacted and did not provide any solutions.

  Very nice people work here! They were friendly and courteous. Very clean room. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Free parking. We stayed here and had a great time downtown and at Blue Chip Casino, which are both a very short drive. Wonderful stay and will stay again, for sure.

  The free continental breakfast was very good. the room was comfortable and, all of the hotel staff that we came into contact with were helpful and pleasant.

  This was a very dirty hotel without pillows and clean sheets. in fact, we left and did not return the 2nd night.
