My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary and decided to stay at this Comfort Suites in a jacuzzi room. Room was larger than your tyical room and was very nice and clean. They staff here was excellent and very helpful! Breakfast was great! I will stay here everytime I am in Louisville.!

We got to the hotel to check in and just so happened to turn around and look at pool while waiting for lady to look up reservation and noticed a big sign on pool door saying out of order. So I asked the lady politely if we could get some money off the reservation since the pool, hot tub and fitness area was out of service and she rudely said no. I told her we were not paying full price for a room that the services could not be used since that would have been nice. In turn we just cancelled out reservation and serched else where because we were not staying there with such rude staff. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is small but clean and the location is close to everything you need. Now for the downside, the staff were rude making it feel like we were disturbing them each time we asked a question. Of the 6 staff we talked to only 1 was hospitable. "
