I have spent many a holiday in Holland MI. It happens to be a favorite destination, however this hotel definitely had tainted a ideal location. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have stayed at this hotel before, and would give it good mark based on value. This past trip was extremely disappointing. The hot tub is broken and per staff may never be repair again. I wish I would of known before the trip. The staff was dismissive and rude when I politely asked about the hot tub. I felt like a child being scolded for asking about dessert. The morning breakfast is adequate, but who the nazi staff will close it down on the minute. This did not affect me, however when I saw this happen to a family with kids, it definitely irritated me. I understand there is a time commitment, however barking out the buffet is closed was inappropriate. They could have allowed the family to have some fruit or so.
