We arrived with no reservation and they were packed due to a festival in town. Every other hotel was full also, so we ended up waiting in the lobby for about an hour to see if there would be any cancellations to give us a room and the staff was very accomodating. We haden't even had a room yet and they were treating us like paying guests. They did get a cancellation and were able to get us a room and we were very satisfied! Everything looked very clean and well maintained and I can't say enough how well they staff excelled at Customer Service. WAY TO GO!

My son and I went to this hotel and stayed several days and we had no major issues. The front desk was busy when we tried to check in, which could have been a problem with my toddler, but they had seating and a table with sodas and snacks out for people to munch n while waiting so it was fine.
The room itself was fine, mabe outdated a little, but looked like new pillows and sheets on the bed.
The pool was great for us because my son loves to swim. It was around 4 ft deep or so, which is good for kids just learning how to swim. The air was really hot though, so maybe some more AC.
The breakfast each morning was ok, but the elserly lady running it was excellent....you can tell that she was a grandma and she got along great with my son and even remembered that his favorite cartoon was on and changed the channel on the TV in the room so he could watch it while we ate.
Was really impressed with the staff there and will defintaily stay there again when we are in the area. -

This was the 1st and last time I will stay here. They charged more than was quoted online, the hot tub was cold. Was not given fresh towels in the room. The phone did not work in the room. When I needed assistance, there was no one at the front desk. Very Poor!
