This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed at this hotel intermittantly for 12 nights, and stayed in 3 different rooms. I found the rooms functional but outdated. The bathrooms in particular could use new toilets, sinks and taps. The breakfast bar was repetitive, and mainly contained a small variety of muffins, breads, cereals, along with hot and cold beverages. My biggest complaint was the noisy guests, as the noise carried easily in the hallways and outside the large patio doors. This hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay, but I would not recommend an extended stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Comfort Inn. The rooms seems to be newly decorated and very clean. Try to get a room on the ground floor so you can sit outside your patio door and park right outside. We visited family in the local hospital and were given a special rate. Midland seemed like a great place to visit in the summer. The restaurant across the street was fabulous! We did not have time to enjoy everything in the area, but we will definately be back.

This hotel is one of the nicest & cleanest places I have stayed in a long time. The room was quiet and comfortable and had everything I needed, the nightlight was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Midland.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and are never dissappointed. The new breakfast offered was great. We like this hotel because the snowmobile trail is right outside. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very accommodating
