The staff was friendly although inexperienced at handling problems. There was a leaky toilet in the room and the front desk staff was unable to switch out the room because there had been a "sudden rush" of travelers. So instead, the person at the front desk dealt with it after her co-worker got back from break by putting a towel on the floor to stem the leak. She said she'd give a discount but didn't know how to make that happen. I had a really early flight out in the morning, before the day manager would be on duty so the discount wasn't processed.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and keep coming back. It is not the newest hotel, it feels like it is 15 or so years old, but they keep on renovating and it is as good if not better that these cheesey modular dime a dozen hotels. The staff is great and can help you with anything.

Spacious, comfortable room..very friendly staff. The in-room coffee maker and iron were welcome surprises, the breakfast buffet nicely varied and well stocked.My only complaint...there was no connection at the airport for contacting the courtesy van.All in all, an enjoyable stay, and I felt I got more than my money's worth."
