  All in all it was a nice clean room and hotel. The heater in our room would not turn off or get cool, so we had to sleep with the window open all night (below freezing temperatures) which is not real safe since we were on the 1st floor. Next time we pass through Raton, we will stay at the same hotel. It was clean and affordable.

  Maybe they were too busy... no vacancy. but, the sheets and pillows were dirty when we checked in. staff was polite.

  I really enjoyed the stay here. Staff was wonderful, rooms were very clean, food was better than expected. I stayed in a ""sister"" hotel in a bigger city and was VERY disappointed in it. I will stay here every time!
