  Dear Sir/MadamI feel compelled to let you know what great service we received at your hotel. We came under some unfortunateand tragic circumstances. The staff at your facility went above and beyond to accomodate the numerous request that were required. One staff member in the early hours of the 10th saw that my mom would have some difficulty on the stairs and offered to bring her breakfast wich i felt was above and beyond the services required so I thank you.We would certainly stay at a Comfort Inn while travelling as I know we will get the same superior service. Again thank youRegards.
