Although a pass for a local athletic complex with a pool was promised so my kids could swim, the complex closed at 6:30p so no swimming for them. We even tried the next morning early but the complex closes the entire pool all morning for swim team practice, so again no pool. I discussed the misrepresentation with the desk person - she didn't care. The athletic complex staff person said they'd discussed the inadequate pool availabilty with the motel staff several times in the past but travelers keep coming in surprised and disappointed. Large gravel parking lots on 2 sides invite some rough-looking trucks and a carnival crew while we were there. No fencing or security staff protect any of the parking areas. The breakfast area is small but neat and selection is limited compared to other Comfort Inns, missing the eggs/sausage/bacon/biscuits/gravy. Rooms are clean, comfortable but leak hall noise much like a Super 8.
