Where do I even begin...extremely rude staff, room was very poorly maintained, the refrigerator didn't work and the room smelled like a sewer, bathroom was dirty and disgusting, breakfast consisted of a half table of stale bagels, a few dry pastries, terrible coffee and they didn't even have hot water for the powdered hot chocolate, hot tub was filthy and COLD, pool area was filthy and so puddled with water that you couldn't walk w/o slipping, dirty wet towels on the floor, we were on the backside of the hotel overlooking a run down vacant lot..website was very misleading..this place is truly a dump!!!

This was a truely horrible hotel, dont be fooled by their website. We booked a stay for a bootcamp graduation, and from the minute we pulled in it was horrible. The front office is extremly dirty, and they still had the ""breakfast"" items out when we checked in at 3 o'clock. Breakfast consisted of a mini box of cereal and rotten fruit. Our room was on the dank, dark side of the motel, which they dont show you in the photos, and it seemed of smoke and mold. The toilet leaked when you flushed it, causing the bathroom floor to become flooded and the water even leaked onto the carpets. When asked for a new room, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and showed us a room that had bugs in it. We left, and went to a much cleaner, friendlier hotel. I would never recommend staying here, and the only reason I am writing this is because I was highly decieved by others' reviews of this hotel, and I wouldn't want other people to end up having to stay at this hotel with the mind set that it was fairly decent. It is not.
