    The breakfast area was dirty and the selection was poor with little available. Our family rented three rooms that night. When we asked for more breakfast items, the manager was very rude. The pool was closed for treatment on a Saturday morning at a time when several people wanted to swim. Why close it on the weekend morning?

    We observed the manager's rude treatment of a younger girl that came down to get a key for her mother. We checked out one night early and complained to the manager about the service we received for our money. Four other ladies unknown to us beforehand were also not happy with their room and the mold in it.

    I found out later that the manager was the owner, although he did not state that when I asked for the manager. Comfort Inn is not living up to their free night if you are not satisfied. This man shouldn't represent Choice Hotels!

    Lots of mold in shower; woke up w/bug bites on hands & feet; toilet overflowed in a.m. & had to use lobby; knew we wouldn't use shower, but hoped ...

    LOTS of mold in shower; woke up w/bug bites on hands & feet; toilet overflowed in A.M. & had to use lobby; knew we wouldn't use shower, but hoped to get a few $$ for simple rental of bed, then toilet spilled over - owner takes the cake.

    Don't stay here. the hotel smelled bad. the rooms were dated. we paid for a ""suite"". what a joke!! regular room with little frig & microwave that did not work. ...

    Don't stay here. The hotel smelled bad. The rooms were dated. We paid for a ""Suite"". What a joke!! Regular room with little frig & microwave that did not work. It was bad!! Price for Suite was as much as the Marriott we ended up at.

    This hotel is clean and looks new. the pool was nice--we used it several times. due to highway construction the exit is tricky. that might be keeping some away ...

    This hotel is clean and looks new. The pool was nice--we used it several times. Due to highway construction the exit is tricky. That might be keeping some away but that just made it quieter and nicer for us (no fighting over the last donut at the free breakfast).
