  This hotel messed up our reservation, charged us for the room on the wrong month, and then we had no place to stay during our trip. After contacting Customer Service, the corporate office said it wasn't their problem because it was a franchise. The hotel manager said it was our fault because we didn't catch the mistake earlier and they did all they could to help us. The only thing they did was tell us how far the next town was located. I will not be staying here again.
