We picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. We went to Tennessee from Michigan to visit my 10 year old son and that was our main activity. The pool was horrible. The roof windows were left open in 30 degree temperatures along with all of the windows. If we were eskimos it might have been okay. As for the hotel itself it was less than spectacular, just rundown and in need of much repair.

My Family and I have never had a worst experience, pool roof leaked, crusted food in microwave, dust everywhere, and there was a mystery white crusty spot on linens stagnant water in refrigerator, electrical outlets practically hanging out of wall, and the phone in the room so disgusting I used my cell phone to make a call. Hotel mgr & GM both called us liars when reported to Choice Hotels even after mgr came into room and seen it for himself. We took pictures of the room and sent those along to headquarters. Took over a month and to resolve.

I was pleased with my stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean and the refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and hair dryer was a nice touch to have in the room. It made it feel more like home.
