Not clean, equipment not working!

Stayed here before was ok. This time went for the upgrade jaccuzi tub. Got up in the morning...tub didn't work. took a bath went to check out and asked for a refund for the extra for the jaccuzi tub. Was told we should have called and let them fix it. I guess we were suppose to stand around naked while maintenance worked on it. He asked if we pressed the on button. There was a big hole...no button.. Travel online was no help either even though we are VIP customers. Took the hotel side. We are not clean freaks, but here's a list for those that are. Cookie (whole) crumbled on carpet; Large mildew stain in the shape of a bathtub on the ceiling; Tiles falling off in the bathroom; non working lamp with no shade and cord wrapped around it on top of tv stand; smoke detector hanging off wall by one screw. Guess we should have called for all that as well. There was more but you get the idea.

Hotel was very nice. The rate I secured through travelocity was less than the rate negotiated by the wedding party. Room was a bit dark but otherwise couldn't have been nicer. Would stay again

The room appeared to be clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. My son called for extra pillows for the hide-away bed and the staff told him that there were some in the closet, but there were not, and the staff did not check to make sure. We ended up sharing pillows from the other beds instead of calling again. Over all we were pleased and would stay there again.

My husband and i stayed for 4 nites. the staff was very friendly and the meals provided for free were very good. would definitely stay again.
