  Were first placed in a room with a non-funcitoning A/C. Next placed in a room next to remodeling/construction. Also we were next to the lobby and a very noisy ice machine. Street light outside our window shone in all night despite attempts to block it with the curtains. We were not comfortable during our stay. Continental breakfast area was very small and very cramped. We were unable one morning to even get something to eat because of the congestion.

  Hotel was very nice. we didn't use the amenities, but the hotel overall was very nice. twenty-four hour coffee is a very nice perk.

  I booked a room close to the evelator since i am disabled. that elevator was broken. trecked the length of the hotel to other elevator to discover i had to ...

  I booked a room close to the evelator since I am disabled. That elevator was broken. Trecked the length of the hotel to other elevator to discover I had to go back to desk to get internet hookup. Rooms were waterstained and dated. Public restroom was missing doors. And the staff didn't understand why I wasn't happy. Will never stay at another comfort in - it's the uncomfortable inn.

  We visited the hotel over New Years Eve and -day. Our room was clean.The breakfast and the pool were the disappointing points on our visit: The free breakfast was really basic, on the second morning there was not enough food available for all hotel guests. Also the hotel pool appears in the internet-presentation nicer than it is in real."

  The rooms in the hotel were clean. very disappointing was the poor breakfast. the pool looked on the pictures better than it realy was.
