  We only stayed 1 night but this place was outstanding! The staff was extremely helpful, the evening desk clerk recommended a local restaurant (Bills) that was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and 100% smoke free! Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Every room has a water view with a balcony, some views better than others but what a gorgeous sunset! Breakfast was available from 7:00am to 11:00am and it was enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

  The bay balcony was a treat. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was wonderful. The staff were all extremely helpful. If you visit, be sure to check out the lighthouse at the nearby beach.

  A very nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, wonderful room. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A quick walk from all the downtown tourist destinations on Chincoteague's Main Street. Great location for Assateague. Resort atmosphere, and not a cheap stopover. The pools are indeed waterfront; be aware the water is the boat channel and not a beach.
