The rooms are huge, the location is great. Have a water park right on site. Breakfast is normal for this type of deal. I always get a jacuzzi suite. Like an apartment! No problems ever at this hotel. I stay here often.

The rooms are huge, the location is great. Have a water park right on site. Breakfast is normal for this type of deal. I always get a jacuzzi suite. Like an apartment! No problems ever at this hotel. I stay here often.

We rented a movie with system provided. After 1/4 of movie voices and picture didn't match. Called company and they ALREADY knew of problem. Before ordering movie call and ask if your room is fixed. We weren't able to watch a movie because of this. Breakfast is o.k but far too crowded.

Made reservation for 4 people - 2 beds - non smoking. When we arrived they had a king bed - smoking room. We finally did get 2 double beds in a smoking room. The room was tight and dark. It really needed a good cleaning. Everything in the room worked but the smoke smell infiltrated our clothes and luggage. The breakfast looked decent but we wanted out of there and went to a restaurant. Paid too much for a crummy nights' sleep. Staff was friendly overall.

Our room was confirmed as having 1 king bed and 2 twin. They said nothing about the twins being bunk beds. I have 16 year old twins, one of which is 6'1". He was very uncomfortable in the bunk bed. There was no room for a roll away. There was literally 6" between the king bed and the wall.
The pool was nice. They got rid of the hot tub.
The hotel is connected to another hotel which is connected to Splash lagoon. Across the street is the Family Sports Park. Alot of fun and not too expensive.
Breakfast waffles were good if you could get an iron. I waited until one man made 6 waffles and put on a plate to take to his room.
