We stayed here for the weekend of the Nascar race in Bristol, TN. Big Mistake! We had to go through as least 30 different room keys to get just one key to work. The only way we were able to access the Free Wireless Internet was to go outside to the parking lot. We were never able to get an internet connection in the room. On the second night of our stay, after a very long and hot day at the racetrack, they had not replaced the towels, wash clothes, shampoo, soap and drinking cups. The staff was not very friendly, almost rude when we were having to ask for more room keys. Every time we were in the lobby, there was somebody else at the front desk getting new room keys made. Obviously there is a big problem that needs to be fixed. At a cost of over $250.00 a night, I expect a to at least have room keys that work, clean towels, and working internet. The color of the room was just as bad: mustard yellow and orange. Yuck! We have never had such a bad experience at a Choice Hotel and will never ever stay here again!

08/17/2007This is a lovely hotel , the landscaping is beautiful !!! we found our room to be very clean , the beds were wonderful , the pool was clean & well maintained !!!

Would suggest they offer rooms with two queen beds !!! We will stay here again and hve recommened it to others !!! -
BITING ANTS!

The room was nice but we found ants the night we stayed. But, the next morning, we were surrounded by biting ants! I know this because I had some to get into my clothes. Also, watch out for them charging excess to your credit card when you were given a price. I told them I had a pet and I was quoted the price, paid for the room and then I looked at my card statement and they went back and recharged my card again! SAD, SO SAD! I will not stay there again!! The manager only offered me $* off my room price for my next stay. That was a joke!

The matresses are old and lumpy. My first room was invaded by biting ants. There is no hot tub. The property is located up on a hill and is dificult to find at night- you have to turn on a small street that is not well marked or lighted. The beds are horrible- I got up with a backache every single morning- I don't think the matress had been replace in ten years. The building itself is old and in need of repair. I would not stay here again especially as all rooms are outside access- not very secure for a woman traveling alone.
