  This was a bad stay from the beginning. I guess I expect the check-in desk clerk to be wearing something better than cutoff bluejean shorts and a neon pink t-shirt. Then they said they couldn't find my reservation. Then when they finally found it, I heard them say ""Oh, I hate the travel website reservations."" Then they wanted to charge me for the room. I pointed out to them that I had already paid. Did I mention there wasn't even a clock in the room? Not that it would have mattered, since the power went out around 5am. When I tried to check out at 9am, there was no one at the desk or in the office. Some lady yelled at me from down the hall to ""just throw your key on the desk."" I will never stay at this hotel again, and strongly recommend that no one else does either.

  I came to inn on the hill because it was close and i was plesantly surprised with the service and nice property. older building but they make up for it ...
