I'm a business traveller and have used this hotel almost exclusively since 2004. Anyone who travels for a living will tell you that there are certain "musts" the business traveller looks for in accommodations: cleanliness, quiet surroundings, value, and friendly/helpful staff. This hotel gets full marks in all these critical areas, especially with respect to the staff. I have also used this hotel for travel with my family and I can tell you that my spouse, who has even higher standards than myself for cleanliness, has been quite pleased with our stays here as well. Other highlights: -a decent continental breakfast, 5 minutes from the US, great access to freeways east to Sarnia Airport, London and Toronto, close enough to downtown Sarnia without actually being downtown, and a great rewards program The bottom line: if I wasn't pleased with this hotel, I wouldn't have used it for business travel for the past 5 years.
