Good hotel for a night. Has an indoor pool with warm water and shallow at one end for kids. Breakfast in morning. One wing is pet friendly. Not a luxury hotel , but ok for travellling. Would recommend. Restaurants are close. My kids like the place, so we come back ... :)

I went here to attend the graduation of my son from Fort Knox Army Base, I had made the same trip about ten years ago for another son and had a much better experience this time. The hotel was very secure and we enjoyed the indoor atrium and pool area. The breakfast bar was good and I felt it was a good value. The staff was very helpful and had pre-printed directions readily available for the local Mall and to the Base. The hotel is probably due for new carpet, but overall I felt it was clean. I'm sure lots of parents come to this area for the same reason I did, and the Base is not far and it is a much nicer area than a few miles closer. I would definately recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in Best Western's on many trips in my life and this was the most disappointing. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When I checked in there was not a room available but they "upgraded" me to a suite. Not sure what made it a suite because it just had 2 queen beds in it. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and a full hot breakfast. After 10 hours in the car the kids needed to swim. They rushed to the pool only to find it closed an hour before the scheduled closing time. And, the full, hot breakfast was a joke. It was called an "extended" continental breakfast and all that meant was that they added waffles to the menu. All that was hot was the waffles. They had cereal, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs and a few pastries. I wouldn't consider that a full hot breakfast buffet..... I will not stay there again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

Stayed one evening. Stairwell to second floor filthy and so was hallway. Furniture in the room had very clear dust markings where the cleaning person did not vacuum. Stains on carpet. An almond was clearly visible under the dresser.Must honestly must say one of the dirtiest hotels we stayed in. It bothered us so much that for the first time I decided to write a review on "Trip Advisor" even though I had used it for years.
Continental breakfast was not up to par with any other "free" continental breakfasts.
Only highlight of this stay was the friendliness and smile of "Lavada" who handled our check out!
Would not stay there again. -
