We had two rooms at the Super 8 in Springdale. One of them had so many cockroaches crawling around that my dad and brother opted to sleep with all the lights on in an effort to keep them at bay. They counted upwards of twenty roaches in the room. When we called down to the front desk the kid working there seemed disinterested in the problem. The continental breakfast looked so bad that we decided we would rather go somewhere else and pay for it. The pillows were so thin that even stacking two on top of one another didn't equal the same support as one decent pillow. Turning on the shower sounded like starting a car. I could go on and on.

07/03/2007Our room was satisfactory. there wass good wireless internet service, and the hotel was conveniently located. the exterior could use some sprucing up, and the staff was not especially friendly.

First of all, I'm glad I didn't bring my dogs. Lists this motel as accepting pets, but it does not. The room stunk, parking was scarce, and the continental breakfast was pathetic (old fruits and concentrated juice). You get what you pay for and I certainly did in this case.
