  I was greated by the friendly front desk staff, who made me feel welcome and appriciated. I was given their complete attention and promptly cheched in to my room, the room was clean and inviting. the hotel staff was very knowledgable about what there was to do in Chattanooga and gave tips as to how best to enjoy the city, they pointed us in the right direction for dinner and gave discount info for area attractions along with impecable directions. I recommend this hotel to any one traveling.

  The rooms were clean and roomy. we liked that it had a small fridge and a microwave. the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The lady at the front desk was very cold, and uninviting. the brochure stated we had a view of a mountain. our view was of another motel and the garbage. ...

  The lady at the front desk was very cold, and uninviting. The brochure stated we had a view of a mountain. Our view was of another motel and the garbage. One of the worst Comfort Inns we have stayed at. The room was to be non-smoking and it reeked of smoke. The carpet was dirty and you could see out under the door. Definitely needs alot of improvement for the price we were charged. Would not choose to stay here again. Interestingly, I wrote a comment and yet it never was posted.
