We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by hotel desk staff. We left early and did not partake in the "free" breakfast. All went very well. We picked the hotel because it sounded very similar to a few others in the area except it had Queen beds instead of doubles and my husband and I were travelling with two teenagers. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for my liking, and my hips were feeling it by morning.

Stayed in July 09 had no problems, although it is hard to find the motel - you can see the sign but not the motel. The parking lot seemed to small - had construction work trucks and trailers taking up several spaces. Mall next door and several good restaurants near by.

We have stayed with this hotel for extended stays (5+) several times. Always is the hotel clean and comfortable with the most helpful staff anywhere we have been, including London and Paris. Like West Virginia, almost heaven!

I looked at the ""features"" section of this hotel before making my reservation. both 'microwave' and 'refrigerator' were listed , but when i got there , my room ...
I looked at the ""FEATURES"" section of this hotel before making my reservation. Both 'microwave' and 'refrigerator' were listed , but when i got there , my room had NEITHER! i had brought microwave popcorn and bottled water that needed both of these facilities and was horridly disappointed.
