Would not stay again

Room was overpriced at $. Maybe that had something to do with they were full. Not a drop of hot water in the morning. So we had to take COLD showers. Phones did not work. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for a discount the people who run the place said they did not know how to give one. One of are worst hotel experiences. Staff could have cared less.

This place was in the middle of nowhere.. however, it was very clean and nice. The staff told us of a place to eat close by and even gave us a free appetizer. It was horrrrrrible!! Other than the off site dinner that was terrible our stay was GREAT!!!

Considering this area is an oasis along I-70 with very few places to eat, what they charge for a room is ridicules. It's a nice place but doesn't live up to the 3 to 4 star room rate. I can find a place to stay in downtown Chicago for what they charge a night. I stayed on my way to Colorado one Friday night for $ plus tax. Decided to stay again on my way back home that following Friday night and the rate went up to $ plus tax for the exact same type of room. Even though I was a return customer they would not honor the rate I had one week prior. Plus, my first room had a broken hair dryer and my second room the tub would not drain. For what they charge a night, they should have better maintenance.
