  Desk and housekeeping staff very polite and helpful at all times. A quiet, clean and secure environment. Nicely decorated. Pool and hot tub water clear and warm. Coffee bar and make-your-own waffles a plus in the mornings.

  Clean, friendly and comfortable. Includes microwave & small fridge. Decent Continental breakfast, coffee in room. Has indoor pool. When I was there, someone had left open a sliding glass door from the pool to the patio so the pool room was a bit chilly. Close to the airport yet very quiet. Basically a good value.

  Desk workers are less than polite. rude 99% of the time. my room key did not work 4 out of 8 days.

  We made a reservation through their central reservations for a smoking room. when we arrived she said it was non-smoking which was wrong. they had a smoking room with ...

  We made a reservation through their central reservations for a smoking room. When we arrived she said it was non-smoking which was wrong. They had a smoking room with a hot tub, but she would not give it to us at the quoted rate for no hot tub. Went next door to the Hampton Inn and glad we did
