Front Desk had some employees that are very young and don't know the area this was a little frustrating. The king suite was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable and made with high quality sheets. The room was very quiet. The hot tub was great as was the pool. Sauna seemed to be broken. The breakfast was pretty usual as in these types of hotels. - We went out for breakfast instead. A good place to stay.

We were in Salem on a family trip just passing thru. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was excellant and very helpful. They had accurate directions to things that were good for families. We will make sure to stop again if ever in that area.
